I've never looked at a .25 and .32 side by side, but have spent time looking at the .32 and it is a very un-trick motor. There is some clean looking transfer channels and not much wasted space in the case. The timing events are pretty conservative. The parts fits are very good, it goes together like a $1000 hand gun.
