If you are talking about the carb spacer (isolator) block leaking, either around the gaskets, or through a crack in it. Perhaps a newly fabricated isolator (ralph C makes them from G10 board) would be in order? They can be tricky when ligning up the pulse hole, and one that is either partially blocked, or leaking will do you no good. If you can still buy rebuild kits for that carb, I wouldn't toss it.
