Their just usually weird in that you have adjust the low speed needle in conjuction with the high speed were as on an OS,the low needle usually doesnt affect the high and vise versa.
Actually, ALL engines need to have the high speed needle readjusted when you adjust the low speed needle. It may not be a large adjustment, but it is essential to reset the high speed in order to properly check the low speed.
