None are worth the alumn they are made from.
I takes a lot of hand fitting and retapping and cutting and refitting every bolt into every threaded hole, to make the cnc head work correctly. CNC head to work correctly very time consuming and you learn from experience on doing it what works and what you have to buy to replace what you screwed up!
As far as upgrading the head the one that you will feel and see right away isnot so much a upgrade but a overalll teardown and check to make sure you have your blade holders and all the bearings installed correctly,(the factory does not always do this correctly) along with the thrust washers and the end play is correct.
The metal Swashplate is a single fast and easy replacement item and also makes a noticeable diff in precision however the Esky swashplare is sloppy compared to the one that cnch heli sells as a upgrade. http://www.cnchelicopter.com/servlet...CNC/Categories.
Blade tracking is very important and blade balance is a must.
