Now please forgive me it you did but did you ever charge both the TX and Rx pack with the included wall charger for the full 14 to 16 hours indicated in your manual?

If you did not do this thats likely your problem. So please confirm you charged both all night long before you send anything back.

If you do send anything back to Hitec then you will have no need to worry if there is a problem.
