You need to retune all your needle settings and change your glow plugs. Turn your HSN clockwise until it stops, then turn it counter clockwise 4 times, restart your engine, run the buggy. If you feel it is too lean, turn the HSN counter clockwise again, otherwise, turn the HSN clockwise to richen the settings.
