Last Easter my brother and I bought my nephew (10yrs old) a acme condor pro ($150 seemed to good to be true for a nitro car). No offense to anyone, but it has been a absolute nightmare for us. He shows a huge intrest in the hobby but unfortunately his car is never running. Ive spent countless hours working on it and finally I said I've had it and it is time for a new car. I do not want to sink another dime into it.

After relentlessly searching these forums for the past few weeks we have decided to purchase him a Hyper 7 RTR. The price of $299 is perfect and falls right in our budget. The car seems to get great reviews from owners and for the price it seems to be hands down "one" of the best deals for a $300 budget.

One thing that did worry me in one of the other posts is that someone stated that the vehicle is outdated and soon will be difficult to get parts.
Is this true? because it really does worry me. He is very excited to get one and I don't want to see him dissapointed in a two or three years if I can't get him parts.
