Ray 'ere again......
Well I tried to remove the motor from the 400.
I was in the process of trying to iron out my startup "chirp" so I slacked off the four screws holding the motor mount to disengage the motor from the main gear. Applied volts and.....startup "chirp".....bloody motor....!!!....magnet probably out of place.
Anyway, I removed three of the screws but the fourth allowed me two turns before binding solid. Gotta find a way to remove it
Really don't like the layout of the machine with that "all-covering" body.
Went by the LHS earlier this pm and he has a Gauii (?) hanging for sale.....talk about a tiny aluminum bird....lovely piece of engineering.
