I LOVE THIS THREAD

I just replaced the elevator servo on the HBKII last night with the Fut 3114. Direct hit! Thank-you Vic and Dave for the advise. I think Dave even said it was probably the elevator servo, hit the nail on the head. I just did a 5 minute hover and so FF and the RMP's and head speeds are back! I'd hit the idle up and the RMP's would actually increase as they should! It still boggles my mind that a bad servo would cause that kind of problem[&:]
