Hello People

I am new to this forum and i have just bought a non starting rush evo, when i bought it i couldnt start it but after putting new fuel in and getting a new glow plug it started but the revs were way to hi so i turned it down a bit and now i cant get it started at all[]

I have put it all back to the factory settings (well i think i have[&:]) and given it another try, with no success.

I've stripped the whole car down, cleaned it up and put it back together to basicly see if there was anything silly i was missing (oh and it was pretty dirty)

I know every now and then i flood it as its hard to pull the starter (so i know there is fuel getting through).
