Default King Cobra And Hinges.

Thanks, MinnFlyer for your repliy, very helpful
I have another question.
Concerning Hinging. Visiting a group of silentflyers, (a sailplane club), I discovered a new way of hinging control surfaces. In power plane construction the leading edge of a control surface is rounded, then attached to the center of the wing using nylon, or CA hinges. Control surfaces on sailplanes are beveled 30 to 45 degrees and attached to the top of the wing using hinge tape (Packing Tape). It looks very clean and seals the gap between the control service and the wing. Greatly reducing control service flutter at high speeds. I'd like to use the same technology on my Cobra. But I'm concerned about fuel residue lifting the hinge tape. Any suggestions?
