I removed my drawing, I wasn't thinking straight and had them wired in parrallel instead in series like they need to be. I know how it has to be done (I think) but you should contact Novak and Traxxas to be sure. Personally I'd just stay with NiMh unless you go brushless.
Edit: OK I've corrected my drawing, this is how I think it would be done, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe someone else can help.
