I have tried what you said and still no go go, it did try and fire earlier and i nearly wet myself

I'm wondering if my glow starter is fubar as when i test the glow plug it can look strong 1 miinute then the next time i try it,it just looks dull, so i've put it back on charge and i'll give it another hit tomorrow evening
