It only takes 1 or 2 days to get a refund from a paypal account. All the guy has to do is go to his account and click on REFUND. If you don't get your money back soon give paypal a call and tell them the situation. They'll make Sure you get your money back.

PayPal won't tolerate the situation if the guy refuses to send you the plane or give you your money back!
