I think there are some good candidates for .10-.15 sized engines in the electric ARF lineup. They would need a bit of beefing up around the front end, but I think you could get a decent .10 size model in the air without too much trouble.

As for reassembling tiles, I have done it in autoCAD, but it's a bit of a hassle and you lose the resolution, but it gets it back to 1 sheet.
