Actually, Paypal won't do much for you. If you file a dispute, they will send emails to the seller who can then string them along all he wants. The only sure way to get your money back is to dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank. Beware though: Paypal will most certainly take that action as an act of dishonesty and nothing more. Both Ebay and Paypal are about watching their bottom line and doing the minimum effort to get by while accepting a few unhappy customers along the way.
