Having read John's comments and discussion on RR, and having met him in person (at Toledo), he has left a very good impression. His product looks well thought out, is reasonably priced, and well supported. I don't own one (yet), but plan to at some point. He runs a relatively small operation, where the owner is willing to *really listen* to his customers. Try to get that with Thunder Tiger!
