Tom,

What is the issue of running two VPX cells in series? Have you seen failures? Is it better to add 2 or 3 diodes in series to drop the voltage of the packs. I have been using the VPX cells this season and I am really enjoying the quick charge capability, low self discharge and reliability of the A123s. And I don't feel comfortable flying with one cell at 3.3v only.
