Mark Smith ... seems to me in the same party and thought process with DM, a good thing.
When the EC voted whether or not to have the PPP, how did this
same party and thought process pair vote?
We can guess as to what is inside their head and how they will act,
or we can check voting records to see where they actually did act,
as to who they run with, and if they waffle.

I just disagree with those answers.
Such as ignoring all factors & conditions to blindly have PPP regardless of ... everything,
and his using the faulty dogma of MA required to get info to the members (excluding PPPs?)
