I just recently recieved a 22x8 tbm prop, and as far as the performance...well it has turned the ole DA50 right around 66-6700 rpm's. Now as far as balancing I have not had the first problem and I have owned a few of their props from 22x8 to 32x10, 2 of the 3 props that i have recently ran I did not have to do anything to them, the came pretty well balanced. Butlern I am not sure what problems you were having but for the most part as far as I can see you can't beat these props(especially in the $ category) As far as performance between Bolly, Vess, Xoar....etc I think the only was you can better the performance is by going w/ a carbon prop....just my two cents!!!
