Thanks guys, my first suspicion is the plug because there is a marked decrease in RPM when the glow igniter is removed. But, that could also be a rich condition. Yes? and if so, with the HS set from peak I am still thinking the reg. But, I will tighten all the screws and clean out the reg and see what happends.
It would have to be pretty rich to make a marked RPM change when you pull the igniter unless the fuel the bad. How is the idle? Reliable?
