Electrical tape!

Works very nicely compared to PVC. I haven't tried the drift tires, so I cant compare the two, but black tape works the best for me. Just don't wrap it too tight or it will make the tire uneven and you will toast the outer parts of the tire. Use a dab of super glue/tire glue to hold the end of the tape on to keep it from unraveling. And make sure the end of the tape is going opposite to the direction of the tire rotation to keep it from unraveling.

Oh, and its CHEAP, like me, lol.

heck thats what i use and for $1.50 from walmart it works pretty well
