If it's a collet type, rough up the motor shaft with sandpaper. Put a drop of oil on the taper of the collet and on the nut threads. Then tighten the nut on good and tight. If it's the slide on with setscrews, take your Dremel and grind a flat in the motor shaft, but don't grind the flat all the way to the end of the shaft.
