Hmmm,

I thought that it looked rather good.

Unless I'm misinterpreting, the estimate at:

100% throttle I can achieve an airspeed of 56 MPH and a flight duration of 12 min 28 seconds

90% throttle I can achieve an airspeed of 51 MPH and a flight duration of 16 min 28 seconds

80% throttle I can achieve an airspeed of 45 MPH and a flight duration of 21 min 12 seconds

From the help menu.... the turquoise highlighted line indicates the speed at wihich the aircraft will neither gain nor lose altitude with the throttle set appropriately and the control surfaces set so that the wing is flying at the optimum lift coefficient (CIopt).

The green highlighted line has two descriptions in the help menu... indicates the speed at which the aircraft will neither gain nor lose altitude with the throttle set appropriately and the control surfaces at neutral. Also: The motor performance predictions that appear on the green line are for full throttle at that airspeed, not necessarily for lefel flight at that airspeed.

So what I gathered from the charts:

If I back off the throttle to 80% I should be able to get a VERY long flight. I am satisfied with the flight time even if I run at full throttle. I realize that a real flight will have a mix of throttle settings.

As you may have noticed from my build photos, I have 3 bladed props installed. I set MotoCalc to 3 blades. These are pusher props made by Master Airscrew. The only other 3 bladed pusher option that I have is to all the way down to 6 x 4. MotoCalc made the same suggestion that you did about increasing the pitch. Does anyone reading this post know of another source for 3 bladed pusher props? I suppose I could go with a 2 bladed pusher prop but I would prefer to go with 3 blades even if it cost me some flight time.

I didn't specify any prop parameters because I don't know them. The help menu indicated it would use reasonable default values.

That's about it....
