You always trim an airplane at full throttle!
If you fly with down elevator (how much???) at full throttle it's perfectly OK to do so. But. If you want to get ride of all the down trim you either tilt the engine down more or put a shim under the trailing edge of the wing to reduce it's angle of attack.
You should never tilt the aileron down whatever you do!!!
