Jim, yep... it's a 150. The fella that owns that was there today as well. He was talking about how he needs to sell it. I new that would end my marriage if I even entertained that notion.
Preflighting and after flight inspection are a must for all of our models. My header pipe on my Edge w/ the Saito was cracked completely through[:@] I had a spare but not like the one on it so some mods had to be done. All screws that hold on the motor were loose, tell tail signs were black greasy stuff around the screws, ground aluminum

and a lone washer from were I have no idea. I presume that is was one that dropped in while building and never found until now. That's only one plane and 2 flights[X(] That Saito is a vibrating machine though and I always check to see what came loose.
My friends smaller Extra had throttle problems, with further inspection the firewall had let loose on one side allowing the motor to pull out slightly and change the throttle setting.
Vic, this is for you. I stepped into my garage tonight to retrieve a pair of channel locks and about pooped myself when I saw this huge spider clinging to the wall. I ran back inside and grabbed the camera and snapped a few pics. After that I smeared him into the welcome mat with the channel locks

All I could think is that it was a brown recluse. Turns out that this one is a funnel spider. I HATE SPIDERS!
Jeff, I'll give ya a Homer Simpson, " DOUGH " on that one
God Bless Y'all,
Jay
