cbaojay,
Take out your battery.
Stick a pencile "gently" in from under the heli battery box and through both gears until the pencil rests on the bottom of the motors fame. What you are doing is stopping both gears from turning. Now gently take each blade , upper and lower one at a time and see if it will turn. Now thet should NOT turn but if you missed tighting some screws then one set of you blades will turn.
Next, turn on the heli as if to fly. Bring up the throttle to about 1/4 or less just enought ot make the bades turning then take the throttle stick and move it left and hold for a moment then to right for a moment. As you do this the top blade should slow down and stop and the bottom pick up and visa verse. You should be able to make one blade stop and other turn.
And lastly, with the heli OFF lean down and lever the flybar and then across the top blade from edge and the blade should be level as is the fly bar. Then lift and move the flybar and the top blade should lift up to cut intot he air and down when the bar is mover the other way.
Let me know how this works for you.
