Ghost, mate very sorry to hear about the shoulder and the model, model is a no brainer, just some work to get fixed but take care of the shoulder. As somebody who has had 3 shoulder operations, 2 of them complete reconstructions I can totally empathise with the pain you are going through.
Remember your adage: "Remember, Always look after the ORGANIC part of the model"
