To clear or even check the airbleed you need to remove the throttle barrel from the housing. If you look by the throttle arm you will see a small keeper held in place by a screw. You need to pull that too and carefully push the throttle barrel out.

I'd pick up a new seal for the barrel first though. It is angled and depending on which way it was installed you have a 50% chance of having the throttle body cut a little semicircle out of it while pushing the throttle barrel out and make sure when you put the barrel back in you put the smaller side of the seal in first.
