I was having idle issues with my 140 as well, and David gave me the same advice. My butterfly hole was no where near 1/8 inch. Not even close. Maybe mine was 1/16 or 3/32 at most. Anyway, I drilled it out, put it all back together, got it tuned good, and it hasn't missed a beat since..
