thanks for all your guy's input. I found and fixed the problem. The nipple on the exhaust was clogged rock hard. Took a few minuets to clean it out. Almost looked like a hard piece of charcoal. I over looked this, because when i blew through the line the air passed through the exhaust nipple and into the muffle.
