Default RE: YS .60 SR HELP! with specs please

John,

You don't need any specs... They are just lies told by engine manufacturers, to persuade people to prefer their engine...

A YS .60 was designed for 'pre-long-stroke', high RPM pattern, using a tuned-pipe and spinning an 11x7 - 11x7.75 prop, at 14,500 - 15,200 RPM.

It is close in that respect to the performance a Jett .60 engine is capable of making. It is close also to the Rossi .60, The Enya XF(#), the Webra #1024/1030 and the OS.61FSR engines, all with a tune-pipe. Near the end of that era (before lower noise 'Long Stroke' engines came in play), it was the engine to have...

The fuel system components (plungers, caps, diaphragms...) in this engine are nearly 30 years old.

I hope they work, or that you have a good source for these parts, that tend to be problematic.

...But after replacing all these parts, the engine magically becomes great again...
