those props are back in stock, there abolutly perfect, i also just bought a greatplanes ammo 12-30-4110KV motor, tiny and fast!
considering the performance i got out of my old mini brushed motor, i have no doubt ill be setting some mini speed records with this.
considering all the tiny hulls out now, im tempted to pick up some micro cat or mono/deep V off ebay and convert it, im aiming for the 9-11 inch long range.
i did some calulations, on 3cell lipo with a super lite boat i should reach 35 mph or so. if im lucky.
thats considering strain on the motor and propslip.

the shaft on this ammo motor is TINY, like 1.6 mm, i may end up making a tiny gearbox to fit it in. i have some figuring out to do, thankfully my lathe is up to the task of creating mini driveline compents if needed. im also trying to come up with a way to bolt off and on the prop, my last unit the prop had to be glued on, since i now have prop choice i intend on using it!

im slowly building and drawing out a mini cat. ive done the v thing twice. love the look of a long cat on the water, so nice. going for sub-surface drive like my last semi V was, very controlable right and left. very responsive off the line. i have some old video ill eventually post. my digi cam is giving me some problems but ill give you an idea of my former hull design. ill consider surface, but for a boat this small i can imagen my subsurface drive being more stable at high speeds, we well see.
the current working boat is 10 inchs long, 1.6in tall 3.5in wide. boat with hardware minus motor/electronics/battery = 1.92 oz very light, no fiberglass, only 2 thin coats of resin IE hit floating log and no more boat, it was put togeather with thin balsa only. this time around i plan on doing a waterproff compartment and heavyer duty driveline, i didnt have my lathe/mill last time so this time around i can apply more percision to the entire idea.
