I would highly recommend that you save some additional cash and look very carefully at the Parkzone T-28 Trojan RTF package. It sounds like it's exactly what you're looking for, other than being more expensive than you'd like.

The Parkzone T-28 Trojan features a brushless power system, LiPo battery, and charger all included. It also comes with a high quality 72Mhz transmitter. It sells in the $199 to $219 range, but is well worth the investment.

With electric airplanes, spending too little is often more of a problem than spending too much.
