Ok I did see lot's of vibration on the ign box will fix that an try again, I did the unplug servo methed but still the same. I'm leaning towards the ignition

Has your cowl or any other parts rubbed through the shielding on either of your plug cables. This is a prime source for ignition noise. Also, the plug caps push onto the plugs very hard at times. Many people don't get them seated all the way on the plugs and this also causes problems. Just two things to double check. Many times I have showed guys at the field that their plug cap was not seated all the way when they thought it was.
