Go with the emaxx I absolutely loved mine, and when u get the write equipment for it, (meaning charging/batteries) It's great. Even if you just buy the maxx sport battery packs, you can get them alot cheaper paired together, get about 7 minute run times outta 2 2400 packs, and go about 28 mph. If you get 7 cell packs you will be doing the same amount of runtime because you have to match em, but go about 33 mph. Electric will be more expensive in the long run.... but it will totally be worth it also during that run. The batteries / motors will outlast the 2.5, and the slower speed (still very fast though offroad) will be enough. YOu won't break an emaxx near as much as a tmaxx. Trust me any more Q's about emaxx and ill tell ya, its my fav rc car ive ever owned.
