As far as reasearch on what you looking for, take the time and effort to do that. Pays off in the end.. As mentioned, LONG TERM. But at the same time you have to take small/medium steps to get there. Gotta crawl before you can walk, then walk before you run. ( I just made that up, pretty cool) SLOW down and get some sleep... Love ya man....
