I read all along that E-Flights servos were sub par. They are fine until you have a small incident. I guess the gears are just weak.
I debated on which serovs to put in it. Everyone raves about the 65's. They do have 8oz more torque then the stock servos but they are actually slower in respones time (i think .11 compared to .14). I ended up with the 65's as size wise they were nearly identical so I had less fuss with trying to mount them.
I've had the E-Sky std 8g's hold up through a few crashes and hits before they failed. I've been exceptionally impressed by their durability and survivability. I've heard people say their junk, and if the results I'm getting is from junk servos...I'll take the junk servos please (LMAO). They are slower than digital, but work well for $7. Since I don't even do loops and rolls, I don't think I stress them that much and maybe that's why last for me. These two birds fly great, using all std 8g E-Sky servos:
Hey guys my new belt cp has digital servos are they anygood?still waiting for blades they can't get here soon enough.
