the problem is, the electrics can get expensive also. Lipo batteries and chargers are not cheap. I already had a lipo charger that I use with my planes so that was a help. Also most people want multible batteries for longer runs. I also added a cpu heat sink fan on the esc. It did get warm but that was beating on it good.
