Wow that sucks, but why didn't you call Tom for the template a few more times? I'm sure he could fax or email a paper template. He doesn't exactly have a staff like Tower but he does try. For now plug the holes with some dowels and drill new ones whats done is done. By the way the plane does fly great although some prior building experience is required. Good luck, read the threads a few times, and always measure twice and cut once!
