Yes, you can run that battery, BUT, keep in mind, that every upgrade in battery capacity comes with longer runtimes, which means more heat build up in the motors and to some extend in the relays, switching them.

Going from 1800mAh to 2000mAh looks like a small step, but you'll notice that the motors will get hotter, keep an eye on it!

Should you want to upgrade to, let's say a 4500mAh battery, that's 2,5 x the original capacity, which will double the runtime, but will quadruple (or more) the heat build up in the motors.
The motors will overheat, and the magnets will lose their strength, if they don't burn up prior to that.
Watercooling the motors is a must, or you'll end up buying new motors, quite often...
