My charge light never turns off until i pull the battery out of the charger, but i found that as soon as the light starts flashing, its done. I decided to take it out as soon as it started flashing, and i measured with my multimeter. It came to be 4.18 - 4.19 volts. Perfect. Man this thing is so much fun!
