The F-16's I have are horrible in a crosswind. My F-18 does not like it either. I'm pretty comfortable to about 15 MPH Direct then I have to start working hard. I flew my F-18 in a 25 MPH Direct crosswind twice and looked like this after I landed it[sm=bananahead.gif]
