I think the 9303 has 2048 with the R921 RX, but not the AR7000 as per JR's website, hence the comparison the poster was making. I can't verify this easily as I don't use JR transmitters. I believe on the JR side, the 9303 and 12X are 2048 capable and on the Futaba side the the 10C, 12FG, 12Z and 14MZ are 2048 capable.

There is more than just resolution that goes into stick response and precision, such as the quality of the servos, plane setup, TX gimbals, frame rate, etc. A lot of this will be subjective as preference may not match the technically better system. Differing plane setups, as mentioned in this thread, can totally skew any comparison attempted.
Thats exactly right. The X9303 is 2048 when used with the 9 channel reciever but defaults to 1024 with any of the 6 or 7 channels recievers. So my point is, with a 6v lithium power system, and 130 dollar servos, I can't feel the difference between 1024 and 2048 on a helicopter that if there were a difference, I would think I'd be able to tell.
