I'm not too familiar with your particular bird, but usually to fix the problem you describe - you need to move the tail servo forward or back on the tail, to get more tail rotor pitch. Figure out which direction will give you more pitch, and then try moving it in very small amounts - until it can hold the helicopter stable when no rudder control is applied.
