Default New wings for an old trainer

Hi all
Having fun learning to fly my Arising star when shifts and weather (UK) let me.
So to keep from going nuts not being able to fly I have started to rebuiled an old tail drager I was given. The fuse is in good order after stripping and some repaire the tail and rudder OK, I had to replace the leading edge spar two ribs and both evelators so now most of the air frame is up to scratch.

The problem is the wings, they are 21 oz of fome with wooden frame, thick plastic cover, no ailerons and a lot of dihedral and are a 64 inch span.

So what I would like is some where to get a plan for a 64 inch wing with ailerons so that I can build it from scratch to get this old lady in the air again over the winter.

The wing is force 6+ and gusting with rain at the moment not what I would call flying conditions so will some one please help I need some thing to do.
