David, When I lost the wing on my second trainer, I scalled down a 4*60 wing. Wow what a difference. I used 1/4" home cut bass wood, from some old shutters we had. The wing ended up lighter than the ARF it was replacing.

PM me if you would like the rib pattern. There isn't much to the rest of the wing and you can vary the length as needed. It does have ailerons and I used two servos for control. The ARF had a single servo and lousy torque rods with no bearings. They flopped all over the place. The individual servos and short linkages made a huge difference.
