It's called a "Head Lock", and is available from Tower Hobbies and others.

Darn things are expensive! But for example on my Katana and my Fokker, it sure beats reaching under the plane with it running trying to disconnect a glow connector!! I only had to do that about one time before I knew I needed to make a change!!
