I never did anything with the Uh fans, However, more recently I found this:

Looks like the UH fan with a Chinese motor, they claim 10.75 lbs of thrust, which sounds do-able, but don't know at what amp draw ??

BVM EDF puts out up to 20+ pounds static thrust
