I have a 7C and I was never able to make it do any of what you are asking. I have read that some modelers have gotten the dual elevators to work, but I had no success. I did get a 9C and I am able to do so much more with it. The dual elevators on a 9 were easy, however I have not tried the dual ailerons like you are talking about.
